Just when I am thinking enough of the drama from queen Sarah, Another comedy comes up.
Sarah announced on her Facebook that, she will be stamping for John McCain and other GOP candidates like Michell Bachmann. Yes, John McCain the former presidential candidate for 2008 elections. Here is a recap of 2008 elections when John McCain and Sarah Palin where running mates.
Let us see what made McCain lose in 2008.
Below is what we saw during the McCain/Palin campaign.
Looking at how elections are going, such as, Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts,  Palin and McCain now feel there is some  hope for this pair again. Who is to blame? Not Palin, McCain, but the voters themselves. Are we all suffering from memory lapses, that we can forget that easily?
 My message to Democrats.
In my opinion, Democrats are  lazy, too comfortable  and self destructed.
Second, the adminstration has turned a deaf ear to its base and the public, by letting wall street and financial institutions get away with huge bonuses. That has angered many Americans.
You can not continue to kiss the party of “NO” to pass any policy. You are majority, and yet Republicans still look like they are the majority in both the senate and the house. Voters are now saying;  we might as well put back the people we fired, since it looks like they are the ones who have courage to implement  laws, bad or good. Most of these guys who are cutting deals with the wall street, think people are naïve.
Regroup and start working like one team. You can not expect the president to campaign for the sits you are running for.
Democrats candidates should not expect to win, if they just sit at home watch TV, bang your heads to the walls, complain, take vacations during elections, when your opponents are going round to educate voters with their message.
I saw the same altitude in New jersey too. Candidates taking off going for vacation in the middle of the campaign. if I was a voter or a volunteer, I would say good-bye as well. candidates, need to show your supporters that you are serious, and you have signed up to take a tough fight. Campaign to the end, like President Obama did. I am so frustrated with some of you democrats candidates. Voters do not care whether you are a Democrat candidate, if you think you are too important to do the hard work, then do not fill up the space, let other people run. Some of you guys feel that people must work for you, when it is supposed to be the other way round.
Guess what! people are tired. That is why you see dumb people like Sarah taking advantage of you, because she goes around, shake hands and wink to everyone, even if she quits on them, they just drool to her wink.
The president has gazillion things to attend to, and there you are just running for pose.Â
Democrat followers, Just complaining in your couches , while eating popcorn, will never give you results. If you do not keep up your fight, I can assure you one thing, just like I kept telling New Jersey people, Sarah Palin will be the next President in 2012. That wink is cruising to the white house.
Now coming back to McCain/Palin’s point I am trying to make.
When people go to the polling stations and vote for somebody, it speaks louder what they are seeking in a candidate. I know some of you are saying, people know that Sarah Palin is not ready. Wishful thinking.
Sarah Palin, elevates all the high school and college drop outs. Sadly they are many in this nation. Sarah Palin recognizes that fact, that is why you see the Republican party is using her. All the angry racists are out, Sarah Palin is their voice.Â
What happened in Massachusetts, happened in New Jersey and Virginia.
I am suprised, to see how wimpy democrats are, when it come to playing a hard ball .
We human have short memories, we tend to lean towards short-term solutions and not long-term solutions. How do we expect the current administration to fix problems created in 8 years, in one year.
Just imagine McCain/Palin in the white house. I am not saying they cannot be elected, they can, but If you are going to convince me that Palin is ready to lead, how come she failed to handle a job as Governor in a small state like Alaska. According to an insider, she kept complaining about the pressure of the job, and why she felt like just quitting and run for easier greener pastures that could bring in quick $$.
Now, those of you who disagree with me, You need to know that I do respect your opinions and beliefs.Â
At the same time I will appreciate if a Republican or anybody who supports the Palin presidency, to explain to me, why they think Sarah Palin is the best candidate in the GOP to turn this country around, solve the economy, increase good relationships with our allies and reinstate the good name of America, to be the number one country in this world as a peace maker.
Explain to me why you think today that a McCain/ Palin presidency would have changed things in one year.
Talk me down, and convince me to vote for Palin in 2012.
Sarah Palin keeps saying she does not trust the white house, I do not trust her either.
With what I see, read and hear about Palin, makes me scratch my head, to even see people flocking to her analogy.
I keep asking myself this question: “Are people deaf, or blind?
On the other hand, I need you guys to convince me that, in the GOP leadership, there is no one else who is smarter than Palin, to run for president.
In my own opinion, I wished the American people gave space and time president Obama to fix problems and the mess left by the previous administration.
McCain/Â Palin as president;
Probably we would have been at war with Iran, Iraq, Russia and other nations. It should be her way, or you are out. May be quitting in the middle of her term due to pressure of the job. Todd Palin sitting around in the Oval office for her protection?Â
When Sarah Palin keep saying she does not trust the current administration, look at her record of spending in Alaska when she was a mayor of Wasilla, she left that town in a deficit.
She too, received earmarks . So turning around and continue to criticize others, is very hypocritical.
Ok Voters. What is on your mind? Palin as the next president , just to make a point to the liberals, even when you all know she is not the right person, just  for the sake of power the Republican party would rather have cabbage in the white, than somebody smart.
I can’t believe, a year after, Americans are missing GOP leadership.
The fact that Palin does not trust the white house and only her can turn this country in the right direction, just leaves me scratching my head.
Where is Mitt Romney and Huckabee? You mean GOP can not came up with a better candidate?
My ears are wide open. Educate me on this one, I may be the one who does not see things the right way. I am waiting to hear from the Palin supporters. Explain to me why you feel I should put trust in Sarah Palin for 2012.
Once more, here is a recap of 2008 elections when John McCain and Sarah Palin where running mates.
January 22, 2010 at 5:03 am
I wasn’t aware that Sarah Palin had thrown her hat into the ring. Presently she’s busy as a FOX contributor and helping with other GOP campaigns.
Why don’t you wait until she actually makes a bid for the White House before getting in a frenzy over her?
January 22, 2010 at 1:08 pm
Wow, a lot a random thoughts, let me try and answer a few.
First of all the McCain rally vid. Dont let a cartoon version of “repubs” lead you to think they all think that way. What was the person yelling at those people to get those reactions? Who knows, most of those ranters werent racists, they were just displaying their fear, whether pointed or irrational is for everyone to judge. I dont use that type or rhetoric but much of their concern was rooted in reality.
“Second, the adminstration has turned a deaf ear to its base and the public, by letting wall street and financial institutions get away with huge bonuses. That has angered many Americans.”
Thats not why “they” are mad. There are many many reasons, bonuses are a tiny spec of populist outrate, oft misguided.
“That is why you see dumb people like Sarah…Sarah Palin, elevates all the high school and college drop outs.”
Flippant insults only discredit your own ideas.
“We human have short memories, we tend to lean towards short-term solutions and not long-term solutions.”
Great point, much of our electorate is ignorant of all the issues. This will always be the case, but when votes are based not on the truth it hurts us all.
“how come she failed to handle a job as Governor”
Her quiting IMO was a bad move, but its served her okay. She quit becuz the left wouldnt allow her to lead. Remember she was a very popular governor before the frivolous ethics complaints came in forcing her to spend upwards of a mil in attorney’s fees.
“why they think Sarah Palin is the best candidate”
You are the one focusing on this narrow point. I havent heard anyone i know who thinks Palin is THE BEST candidate going forward. Truth is most educated conservatives know this is not the case, she will serve better doing what she is doing, writing, commentating, helping to raise money, etc.
“I need you guys to convince me that, in the GOP leadership, there is no one else who is smarter than Palin”
Why? To disprove the point YOU keep harping on, which is basically a straw man? Besides there are plenty, Pawlenty, Romney, Ryan, Demint, Guiliani, Newt, etc.
“Explain to me why you think today that a McCain/ Palin presidency would have changed things in one year…I wished the American people gave space and time president Obama to fix problems and the mess left by the previous administration.”
Mcain/Palin were horrible, they would have been lesser of two evils to most. But they would have ratcheted down the stimulus, surged in Afghanistan sooner, not polarized everyone as much on race/healthcare/climate/, kept the BUsh tax cuts and reformed sunset provisions, actually worked across the aisle, etc. Things would still be bad, but Americans prospects for the future wouldnt be as bleak.
I appreciate your questions and concerns, just believe you are looking at the entire GOP through a narrow lens.
January 22, 2010 at 3:36 pm
Thanks MacGregor,
I appreciate your time explaining to me.
I am a very open minded person. I am taking all the good notes, I like it when people also corrects me.
I apologize for coming out sounding like I am insulting Sarah Palin. I am a mother of 4. And I just feel so insulted by Sarah Palin, when she goes out puting her kids in front for political scores, then turn around to complain about the media targeting her family. That is why she can not gain respect from a mother like me. I hope you understand. I have 4 children 2 boys and 2 teenage girls, and ofcoursr her coming out like she is a role model to women is a joke.
I do not want to make it sound like it is ok for my kids to have children before they are married or mature enough to take care of their children. I am very straight forward and open with my children. The result of sex is pregnancy if you are lucky or deseases like HIV if you press a wrong button. I will be lying to myself, thinking kids will never slide away secretly for sex. That is where I am very practical.
if you can not obstain, use condoms. I was their age before, and we all know the mind of curiosity at that age. We only knew it was bad after we made mistakes, so thinking our kids will obstain when we did not, is not practical. Sarah Palin did not obstain when she was a teenage. I am just trying to keep her honest, when she goes in public criticizing others.
It is because I write from my heart, and as much as I would like Sarah Palin to excel, misleading people with her lies just to score political popularity is what pisses me off.
I trully, would not mind her to be popular as a celebrity, but I have a concern, with all the Republicans using her as a spokes woman, when they know a lot is at stake in this country.
It puts off people like myself.
Again thank you for your detail comment, I do appreciate it. I liked McCain until he picked Sarah Palin as his running mate. It made me wonder about his judgement.
January 24, 2010 at 3:47 pm
Thanks for the response! You put me in a bad position. I hate being a Palin apologist. Im not a huge fan of hers. But im reasonable enough to see the unfounded media driven hatred of her. I too did not like how i felt she was almost putting her family out there for scrutiny. Either way the personal attacks she garners are unfair and unprecendented. As a mother 4 u should be the first to realize this FACT, unless you are too blinded by partisan hatred to see it.
She criticizes policy not people, and i think she should be used in the capacity i mentioned, op ed writer, fund raiser, commentator, etc, but NOT AS FUTURE GOP NOMINEE.
I do appreciate your time, but you must write with your mind and not your heart, otherwise the debate quickly disseminates into emotionally driven strawmen and non-sequiturs.
Why would she not be a role model for women? Her values? Believe it or not, there is a strong majority in this country who still champion traditional values, whether or not they apparently disgust you.
January 24, 2010 at 7:38 pm
Thanks MacGregor,
I would like to point out that most of Palin’s critics do not hate her. I think many of us hate her Lies and the way she instigates hatred from angry driven racists mob.
I am not saying every Republican is bad. My husband was a longtime Republican until 2008 elections. He witnesses a lot of things he does not believe in as a republican, the anger and the racial tones of the McCain/Palin campaign put him off. Having said that, what makes the republican party think pushing the tea Bag movement will win the majority.
I do not know how much of that has changed in the Palin’s mind in one year. This is a country of diversity. If Sarah Palin can recognize that, may be she will sit back, and have a second thought ,on what the tea bagg stands for?
I think she can do better, if Palin can just push herself foreward without rapping herself with all the political drama, that makes her lie and use her kids for that purpose. I would give her support as a mother if she stayed out of politics, and concentrate in taking care of her family problems privately, than using her family children drama for political stage.
Sarah Palin does not like the Obama Presidency. I do not think her criticism towards the sitting president is genuine. Some of the things that irks me about Palin, is the fact that she jumps into the ring to push the wrong overtone on things that we all know aren’t true. For instance, Is it the truth that the health care will represent death Panels for seniors?

Hello! I sumbled upon your webpage by mistake, I was surfing around Yahoo for Oahu hotel package deals when I found your webpage. I’m happy I found it. Just what I was looking for. Added you to my Google bookmarks, I will continue my research tomorrow

MacGregor says: “Her quiting IMO was a bad move, but its served her okay. She quit becuz the left wouldnt allow her to lead. Remember she was a very popular governor before the frivolous ethics complaints came in forcing her to spend upwards of a mil in attorney’s fees.”
First, we’ll never know all the reasons why Sarah quit her obligations to the voters of AK. There were and are a lot of things swirling around in the Palin family drama. Take your pick. Just because Sarah said so is no reason to believe it. Just the opposite, in fact. I think Levi’s got it right: she saw her chance to cash in on her celebrity. Who could blame her, especially if she realized she had reached the highest level of incompetence in government.
The “left wouldn’t allow her to lead” is just a pathetic excuse. Fewer than, what, 15 Alaskans filed complaints against her. Big deal. She couldn’t stand up to that? The AK Personnel Board, whose members serve at the pleasure of the Gov (wink, wink), knocked down every complaint – even the ones where Sarah had to pay money under the table to make them disappear. I’ll be she never lost a night’s sleep. Her Personnel Board was taking care of everything for her.
What did Palin have to worry about? Legal fees? Another red herring. Her legal fees were the result of HER OWN filing of a complaint in the Troopergate scandal – a cynical move intended to evade the judgement of the Bipartisan (10 Repub/4 Dem) Legislative Counsel, whose investigator pronounced Palin GUILTY OF ABUSE OF POWER. Palin has NEVER shown proof of the amount or source of her legal billings.
Finally, Palin’s popularity prior to the election was a direct result of those little socialist energy checks. She wasn’t wildly popular before then. In fact, many people were angry with her after she and the Dems passed AGIA. She BOUGHT her high approval with those checks. After the election, buyer’s remorse set in and Palin’s ratings tanked. Exit Palin, Stage to $$$$$.
January 24, 2010 at 3:41 pm
“Just because Sarah said so is no reason to believe it. Just the opposite, in fact. I think Levi’s got it right.”
Wow ur Palin hatred precedes you. I hope you are as skeptical of EVERY popular voice, elected or pundit. If u honestly will take the words of a morally confused 18 year old (Levi) over Palin you have officially rendered your reason of no consequence.
Read the portions of Palins book where she discusses her reasoning for leaving. Oh wait, you wont believe her, you’d trust an 18 year old guy who poses for Playgirl.
Let me tell you something. You have an irrational hatred for Palin, have you ever assessed your reasoning why? Or are you too caught up in media spin and conservative caricatures to think for a second with rationale?
January 24, 2010 at 7:58 pm
The only reason I keep a close look an Sarah Palin, is because I am following her agenda, and what she calls God’s will. As a woman, I can understand a woman’s thinking faster than I can understand a man. I think Levi is very reasonable, when it comes to commenting on Sarah Palin. What ever Levi said in terms of SP’s aspirations has come to be true. So I believe Levi. He said Palin always wanted to quit and go for big money, before SP quit as governor. Levi’s words came true.
As much as you can say, Sarah Palin will only be good for commentary, and campaigning for others, let me tell you something as a woman. I see this thought in Sarah Palin,
“If I can pull together the crowd, then I am the one they want to have in that role.”
You think Sarah Palin will be killing herself to have somebody nominated? I already see some spark between her and Glenn Beck. Heads will explode one day. Micheal Steel?? Another one, eying for that nomination.
So all those guys praying that Palin, will be there to elevate them, while they think, she will not be good for a party nomination, are chasing their own tails.
Sarah is there for Sarah. Tell me how the SarahPAC, will react when the Republican party shovel Sarah Palin, at least for now, I see that she is the energy of the Republican party. Look at her record in Alaska, how she run against the person who introduced her to politics. She is willing to go our there to campaign for GOP candidates, to sell her name and to capture their heads.
You think SP will just be willing to expose her Children in the cold , just to be told by the party officials that she is not the right candidate?
Tell me if that will make the Palins and all her supporters happy? I talk to many women at all levels, that is why I see beyond my nose.
So for now, this has nothing to do with hating Palin, this has something to do with loving this country. I do not want to see this country lose its values further. This country is made up of immigrants, destroying that value will be a sad thing. May be if she stops heading the tea Party movement, I may give her my hand. For now. Zero credit for exposing her kids to score political points.
This is not about the media spin. Sarah Palin is part of that media spin. She also lies all the time. As for Levi and Sarah Palin? In my own opinion, the Palins used this boy to score points when she was picked as VP. Why did she drag Levi and all her kids to come on a politcal stage, and deceive many Americans like it was a very happy family, while she knew damn well that her daughter was pregnant?
So today Levi is a thorn in her heart, because he is trying to gain a name just like Palin did?
Look I did not buy Sarah Palin’s book, but I read it in the library at no cost. Playing victim all the time, is not a way to lead. Leaders do not play victim. Playing victim is a poor attribute of leadership.
But I can tell you onething, I will buy Levi’s book when it comes out. Not because I hate Palin, but because I would like to hear his side of his story, without media intervation or Palin’s using some of her money to block Levi from speaking out. After that I will see if Sarah Palin is just a victim of media spin.
For now I can say she is not the right person to run this country, because I know Sarah Palin is out to make money. The pressure of the oval office will drive her insane.
January 27, 2010 at 2:31 am
I said from the getgo that im not a big Palin fan, and i thought and said long ago that she needs to go away, govern Alaska, wise up, and maybe come back in a few years from now. I dont want her as GOP spokesperson, and i dont want her as GOP presidential nominee. I hate what she did and feel she is party marginalizing a good common sense message.
But your point of view is so driven by emotional nonsense that you are barely coherent. You said u would support her as a mother if she stayed of politics, that is backwards thinking and only displays your own blind partisan ideology and hatred for those on the right. Its sad. I support every mother who loves their kids and isnt hurting them.
Palins death panel facebook post was hyperbole but rooted in truth. If you cant see even the semblance of truth that that comment, albeit an irresonsible one holds then you are buying the Obama agenda hook line and sinker. Most in the country arent anymore, they are simply seeing liberal policies for what they are, emotional fantasy.
You’re all wrong about the Tea Partiers and just calling them tea baggers shows your ignorant bias. They are actually at odds with the Establishment GOP, jockeying for power within the party. TO write off small govt traditionalists as angry racists doesnt advance your point of view. We are a diverse country, but diverse in an American way, not in a multi cultural view, wise up please.
What you miss about the GOP, Beck, Palin, Tea Party, whomever, they are for smaller govt, and by definition are not in a desperate scramble for power power power. Thats the Dem party, who have bean championing big govt for ages. Its fine if you want bigger govt or trust the state, just please have your facts right and dont rely on left wing media only.
“has something to do with loving this country. I do not want to see this country lose its values further. This country is made up of immigrants, destroying that value will be a sad thing.”
Dont know where you’re from or what history you know of America, but you sadly have it ALL backwards. Our values stem from our Judeo Christian heritage(In God We Trust), our melting pot assimilation ways(E Pluribus Unum), and our love of freedom and small government(Liberty). Multi culturalism is not what has made us strong. Please watch/read something other than MSNBC or the NYTimes opinion page, if you dont see the tradional americans for something other than a caricatured version of “tea baggers” you will effectively have the wool continually pulled over your eyes. Try NPR, Washing Post op eds, Wall St Journal, FoxNews Sunday, just something with rational debate and strong voices..

Naturally most anyone on the right would agree. But what would Jon Stewart have to say about it??
